Dr. S Anil Kumar Professor and HOD of Commerce and Management, NMKRV College for Women, Bangalore, is an eminent scholar and has a wide academic and research experience of more than 25 years in the field of commerce and management. He has authored books on `Marketing Strategies for Pharmaceutical Products`, `Services Marketing`, `Management Accounting`, `Company Law and Secretarial Practice`, `Production and Operations Management` , `Small Business and Entrepreneurship` and `Financial Accounting, Volume I, II, III for UG and PG courses of Bangalore University and other universities. He has presented papers in International and National Conferences. He was an academic member of Bangalore University. He has produced many M.Phils. and has been guiding for Doctoral Degree.

N. Suresh Associate Professor and HOD of Industrial Engineering and Management, MVJ College of Engineering Bangalore. He has a wide academic experience of more than 16 years in the field of Industrial Engineering and Management.
