About Author
Charles Platt is a well-known Computer Programmer, Author, and Journalist from London, England. Apart from this book, Platt has written a number of fiction, and nonfiction books. Some of them include Dream Makers: Science Fiction And Fantasy Writers At Work, How To Be A Happy Cat, Dream Makers, Volume II: The Uncommon Men & Women Who Write Science Fiction, and A Cleansing Of The System. He has written both fiction and non-fiction books.
Platt’s interest for computers began when he got his hands on an Ohio Scientific C4P in the year 1979. He has also served as the section editor for the Make magazine. He has also worked at The New School For Social Research, teaching Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. e has also taught MS-DOS and BASIC.He is also keen on the subject of Cryonics, and was made President of CryoCare Foundation in 1993. Presently, Platt is working on constructing prototypes of medical equipment in his workspace in Northern Arizona.
