TANCET Exams Syllabus – Anna University has announced the Syllabus to be studied for TANCET exam to be held on March/April. The TANCET syllabus given on this page lists the subjects and topics that have to be studied by M.Tech aspirants appearing for TANCET. The entrance exam will be conducted for a total of 23 papers. Candidates can use the given links to download the prescribed TANCET syllabus for all papers to use for their preparation for the TANCET exam. Part 1 and 2 are mandatory for all candidates while part 3 is as per the chosen discipline of the applicant. GATE qualified candidates are exempt from the TANCET exam except for applicants who have appeared for GATE Engineering Sciences and Life Sciences papers. - 2.1.0.1 Details of the TANCET Exam Pattern :
- 2.1.0.2 • The TANCET exam will consist of 3 sections out of which Part I and II are common for all candidates as well as mandatory. All candidates have to attempt these two sections.
- 2.1.0.3 • The TANCET Part III will be according to the choice entered by applicants while filling the TANCET Application Form.
- 2.1.0.4 • The TANCET Part I and II Syllabushas been listed separately below. All candidates can download the same using the given link
- 2.1.0.5 • The TANCET Part III is listed in a separate table and candidates must download thir choice of paper by clicking on the link given for the respective paper.
- 2.1.0.6 • The paper will be in English and will be offline. Total marks will be 100 and the duration of the exam will be two hours

- 2.1.0.8 Section I – 20 Questions from Part 1 – Engineering Mathematics.
