About Author

Dr K L Narayana retired after serving in the capacity of Dean, Principal of Sri Venkateswara University College of Engineering, Tirupati (AP). Recipient of Best Teacher Award from Govt. of Andhra Pradesh for the year 1990?91. Dr. Narayana has to his credit more than 50 years of teaching experience at the degree level and more than 30 years of PG level teaching experience. He also served GMR Foundation, Rajam, Vizag Dt., in the capacity of Correspondent. He is founder Principal of MITS, Madanapalli (AP). He co-authored 10 books for Engineering, with four amongst them prescribed as text books at the undergraduate level of various universities. Presently, he is Dean, Research and Development at SVCET, Chittoor (AP).

Dr P Kannaiah has obtained his BE and PhD degrees from SVU College of Engineering, Tirupati and his ME degree from PSG College of Engineering, Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu). He served as Professor and Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, SVU College of Engineering, Tirupati (AP). He is founder Principal of SSITS, Rayachoti (AP). He has more than 40 years of teaching experience at the degree level. He has authored 4 books and co-authored 10 books.

K Venkata Reddy retired after serving as Workshop Superintendent, SVU College of Engineering, Tirupati (AP). His analyzing capacity of various machines and their components, as workshop superintendent, helped for presentation of the contents of the book perfectly. Presently, he is Professor of Mechanical Engineering, Chadalawada Ramanamma Engineering College, Tirupati (AP).
